The foundation engineering of the equipment
The seller will provide the buyer the foundation plan of the equipment in 60 days after signing the contract.
The construction and monitoring of all the foundation engineering of the equipment are in the control of the buyer.
The foundation holes are reserved holes, to match the foot holes of equipment.
After the equipment has been installed, the buyer is responsible for the foundation hole irrigation mud.

1. In the guarantee equipment main technical parameters and installed level, the user and consultation, and manufacturing process has the right to modify some parameters
2. Seller needs to supply the following items
(1) Mechanical foundation installation drawing and production line arrangement as well as the operation manual.
(2) All the below spare parts are provided with the machine, any extra spares, that would be ready by the customer self.

1. Equipment introduction
Tile press is the use of hydraulic transmission, with steel plate, section steel, Angle steel and other raw materials, through automatic feeding, forming, cutting, stripping and other processes to make a variety of specifications of color steel tile. Suitable for all kinds of building roofing color steel tile forming. Because the tile press is two or more presses connected into one through the hydraulic transmission system, it is called the hydraulic tile press.
The working process of the tile press is that the steel coil is sent by the feeding mechanism to the forming mechanism, which will stretch the steel plate, section steel or Angle steel and other materials, and then the tile blank is demoulded by the demoulding mechanism. Because the mechanism adopts hydraulic transmission, it is also called hydraulic tile press. During the molding process, the pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder is transported to the oil cylinder by the oil pump through the oil cooler, and the oil in the oil cylinder is cooled and returned to the oil pump through the oil pipe. In addition, the mechanism can also heat treat the billet after heating and cooling. After heat treatment, the billet is sent to the cutting line by conveyor belt. After cutting, the cutting line is sent to the top material area.

A1: 30% as the deposit by T/T in advance, 70% as the balance payment by T/T after your inspect the machine well and before delivery. Of course your payment terms like L/C are acceptable.
After we get down payment, we will arrange production. About 30-45 days for delivery.
Q3. Do you sell only standard machines?
A3: No, most of our machines are built according to customers specifications, using top brand components.
Q4. What will you do if the machine is broken?
A4: We provide 24 months free warranty and free technical support for the whole life of any machine.If the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely, but you need pay the express cost by yourself. If it is beyond the warranty period, we can negotiate to solve the problem, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
